The Flytline pilot
Flytline sits alongside your scheduler. When a lesson cancels, we match an on-call CFI with a standby student and surface the match in under 3 minutes. Your scheduler stays your scheduler. The pilot ends when we've recovered 5 lessons for you — or at day 30, whichever comes first. Either way you walk into the decision with real recovered-revenue numbers measured against your own baseline.
The pilot window
5 recoveries or 30 days
Free until we recover 5 lessons for you, or 30 calendar days from kickoff — whichever comes first. No setup fee, no per-seat cost. Flytline covers infrastructure.
After the pilot ends
$1,500/mo flat or 8% recovered
Whichever is lower. The 8% revenue share caps at $2,500/mo. Or walk away at no cost. 7 days to decide; either choice stays open.
Anytime
14-day kill-switch
Either party can end with 14 days written notice. No auto-renew. No penalty.
How "recovered" is counted
Only bookings that stick
Both CFI and student confirmed, and the booking isn't cancelled or marked no-show within 7 days. Same definition governs the 5-recovery trigger. Audit log on /scheduler/recoveries.
Full agreement and the “recovered revenue” definition live in the printed pilot terms — bring them on the kickoff call or ask for a PDF.
V1 runs in BYOS mode — your scheduler enters cancellations directly in Flytline and re-enters the recovered slot in your tool (dual-entry only on the recovered slot). FlightLogger writeback ships within 60–90 days post-pilot, per the signed terms. Pilotbase (formerly Flight Schedule Pro), Talon, and Flight Circle land in subsequent waves.
Ready when you are
Twenty minutes on a call. We walk through it on your screen. If your numbers don't move, you don't pay.
